今から20年以上前、現在の社長のお爺様が社長だった頃に、栄養大学のパン作り講習に参加、そのときに「生地をのしながらガス抜きできないものか」とふと思い・・「めん棒にイボイボをつけたらいいのではないのか?」と考えついたとのこと。当時まだ家庭での素人のパン作りはまだあまり浸透もしていなかった時代にお爺様すごい(笑)　さてそのイボイボは、発売当初から「らせん状に凸凹を配置」していたのだというから驚きです。この形状は他社商品に無い独自の発想で、あくまで「のしとガス抜きの効率化」を考えた結果なのだそうです。しかしそれは思わぬ第３のメリットを生み出しました。　新発売★浅井商店オリジナルガス抜きらせんめん棒は、第３のメリット「生地がくっつきにくい」ことがイチオシ理由になっています。\u003cbr\u003e\n ふたりのスタッフは長年、パン作りのときに、生地がくっつきにくて使いやすい新考社ギザめん棒を使用していました。理由は「うーん、なぜと聞かれても　使いやすいからとしか・・」とのこと。　よく聞いてみると「とにかく生地がくっつかないんです。ほかのめん棒もいろいろ試したけれど、このめん棒以外は　ちょっとやわらかめの生地や　薄く伸ばすときなどは、大量の粉をつけないと生地がくっついてしまっていたけれど、これはほとんど粉も要らないんです。」と熱く語っていました。持ったときの「引っかかり」も感じます。表面がつるつるではないんです。そのひっかかり感が生地に密着と剥離を繰り返しているのかも、だからくっつかないのかも、ということを体感しています。むずかし理論はさておいて\u003cbr\u003e\n
